Pastor Ryan Kolander
Pastor Kolander is a 2016 graduate of Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary. Before graduating, he served around the country and world in both English and Spanish-speaking settings and learned a great deal from the people he met along the way. Upon graduation, he was assigned to serve through a mission church called Palabra de Vida in Southwest Detroit, where he worked for seven years to raise up a bilingual, multicultural congregation. Since the fall of 2023, he’s served at Riverview. He loves connecting with people, playing basketball, going to Home Depot with his family, playing the piano, and serving as a pastor. Pastor and his wife, Sarah, enjoy raising three girls. A verse we love is this: “We love because He first loved us” (1 John 4:19). I look forward to meeting you soon!
